  • Support Glean Education with state-level support related to the CLSD grant

  • Participate in regular check-ins with the CEO on contract status, client health, and upcoming deliverables

4. MODEL VISIONING

  • Contribute to the articulation and documentation of Glean’s instructional model, including the core beliefs, frameworks, and non-negotiables that define what “Glean-quality” PD and coaching looks like for future scaling
  • Collaborate with the CEO to translate the Glean training and coaching methodology into replicable delivery guides, session templates, and facilitation protocols that can be used across a future ‘Glean Structured Literacy trainer and coach’ bench
  • Identify gaps between current service delivery and a scalable district support model; propose systems and structures to close them

  • Build and refine observation and feedback tools that Coach Managers use to assess practitioner readiness and fidelity to the Glean model
  • Support the creation of onboarding materials and training sequences for incoming certified coaches and trainers so they can get up to speed quickly and deliver consistently from day one
