Grounded in the Science of Reading, we teach educators how to optimize assessment, instruction, and intervention systems to maximize literacy progress.

School Leader Consulting

All school leaders want their schools to thrive, but may not have the knowledge, systems, or structure to do so.

Through our consulting, school leaders will:

• Evaluate current practices through systems audits
• Establish focus areas for student literacy growth
• Design and/or refine literacy plans to ensure progress and growth
• Build effective school systems for long-term change and sustainability

Teacher Training

All teachers want their students to succeed, but may not have had the training to get them there.

Through our training, teachers will:

• Recognize Structured Literacy aligned assessment and instruction
• Understand literacy acquisition and reading difficulties
• Explore the linguistic structure of English
• Implement explicit Structured Literacy instruction
• Use data-driven instruction to maximize student literacy achievement

Classroom Coaching

All educators want to be effective, but may not have had the support to get them there.

Through our job-embedded Structured Literacy Coaching, educators will:

• Reflect on student literacy strengths and skill gaps
• Evaluate student literacy data
• Create student-focused S.M.A.R.T. goals
• Explore resources and strategies to support goals
• Receive follow-up until goals are met
